Shahrukh Khan’s mixed bag on T.V.
Shahrukh Khan is tasting success with IPL show on T.V doing well but with Paanchvi pass trailing behind in ratings.
Though advertising rates for both are pegged at Rs 2 lakh per ten seconds, SRK’s antics on the field with cricket crazy fans overshadowed his stunts with contestants and their attempt to surpass fifth graders.
According to a report by India Media Exchange (IMX), which tracks viewer ship across television channels, the Indian Premier league(IPL) is a clear leader in terms of television ratings (TRPs). This, despite the fact that the IPL effect on women viewers appears to be fading.
Shahrukh Khan is candid about the disappointing TRP ratings for his new TV show, Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain
Shahrukh Khan admits, “I have been in this business for a long time, and know that good things don’t always happen. Yes, Paanchvi Pass is not doing too well, and I feel 70 per cent responsible for the show. So a large part of the blame rests on me, but I will try and do a better job once IPL is over
Now, Shahrukh Khan and his Red Chillies entertainment are planning to enter T.V. production in a big way.
It will be a full circle for Shahrukh Khan who first shot to fame as a TV. actor in serial Fauji.
