Nashik leading in 12th Class Results
In the examinations conducted by the Maharashtra Board of Secondary Education the students of Nashik have come out with flying colors. The students have created a record with a passing percentage of 79.41.
Prateek Patil of the KTHM High School has bagged the top position with 96.97 marks in the Science Stream. Ritvik Karve of the HAL School and Junior College has stood second with 95.67% and Swapnil Kumar Suryavanshi of Dhule has stood third with 93.67% marks.
The Board of Education has attributed the success to the new improved syllabus and the efforts by all the students and teachers. Oral and practical tests were conducted by the respective schools.
The adivasi dominated district of Nandurbar has also done well. The district has scored a pass percentage of 95.04 which is commendable.
