The mystery of Arushi Murder Case does seem to be deepening further. The CBI after taking over the case had also apprehended Krishna, who had worked as a compounder with Dr Talwar. He was thought to be the missing link in the murder case.

The CBI had moved him to Bangalore for Narco Analysis Tests. This was supposed to assist in the investigation of the case. It may be noted that the results of a Narco Test do not stand as proof in a Court.

While some contradictions have been noticed in the statements of Krishna, before and after the tests, it is learnt that nothing substantial has been proved. The episode had also a cascading effect in Delhi where members of the Nepali Community demonstrated against the illegal detention of Krishna by the CBI.
