Nasik District Jyoti’s Team and National Academy for Sports and Physical Education, Pune organised a state level roller skating championship at Nirmala Convent Highschool.  The meet was inaugurated by Shri Sharad Aher, Youth Congress leader of Maharashtra, by releasing balloons in the sky.  320 participants took part in the championship.  There were age categories for children of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 years.  All children participated in the competition enthusiastically.
