IIM A is not only producing managers but also contributing to the literary world. Walk into any bookstore and you will find the bookshelves full of authors who are IIM A alumni. Chetan Bhagat stormed the Literary World by his best seller “Five Point Someone”

He has continued with his writing prowess and given another bestseller in “ One Night at the Call Center” Both these best sellers are being made into Bollywood movies. “The three mistakes of my life” is also making it big. The other IIM A authors are Mainak Dhar, of “The funda of mix-ology” and Vivek Agarwal, who has released his collection of short stories “To catch a smile”.

Chetan Bhagat is being called as a “publishing phenomenon”. On being asked about his success this is what he had to say “I really don’t know how a rejected writer became a phenomenon. I write fun books and people liked to read them. I am still doing the same thing I used to when I started to write.”
