Katrina Kaif loses luggage
Close on the heels of Amitabh Bachchan losing his luggage in an air trip, pretty actress Katrina Kaif also had her luggage misplaced in one of her flights.
Apparently Katrina lost goods around Rs 72 lakhs. This happened while Katrina was traveling with the crew of Singh Is Kinng. The luggage contained over 80 outfits designed by Rocky S, which were being used for shooting in Sydney.
The airline authorities and officials at the airport searched in vain, but could not locate Kats’s missing bag. The actress now suspects it was stolen. Hugely upset, director Anees Bazmi said, “We were in a terrible situation and were left with no other choice but to recreate the costumes all over again.” Apparently the bag had around 85 costumes.
The actress and the designer immediately set about making good the loss by recreating the entire wardrobe again with the help of footage from Sydney. Said a saddened Katrina,” “I was shocked at the loss… I loved the outfits and was afraid I might not get the same look again. I gave Rocky several inputs about the outfits and I’m glad he could create them again so quickly.”
