ASUS opens service center in India
ASUS announced the setting up of a service centre in Delhi. The company will be investing Rs 20 crore over the next two years to provide service to its customers in India.
Addressing a press conference here, ASUS General Manager (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa) Benson Lin said: “We plan to set up an extensive service network. This year, ASUS plans to set up six more such exclusive centres — two each in Mumbai and Bangalore and one each in Kolkata and Chennai — to provide quality service to our customers. The second Royal Club is expected to be opened in Bangalore by the end of August,” said Mr. Lin.
The company has already established a network of 187 service providers in the country. The company is providing training sessions on its notebooks to the customers. All customers who register themselves in Royal clubs will get an additional warranty of three months. The company has also introduced a toll free number, 1-800-2090-365 to provide efficient service to its customers.
