It is just a month since the price cuts were announced on Xbox 360. Now again there are rumors of a fresh round of price cuts in the offing. A mole in Microsoft has reportedly leaked it out.

As per the rumors a new model of Xbox 360 will be available for $199. It will be without a hard disk. This model will be $ 50 cheaper than the Wii by Nintendo. Experts believe that the mass market is below the price band of $200. Microsoft wants to reach out to the masses with this price cut.

A new line up of the Xbox 360 is likely to be released. The Elite 160 GB model will cost $399. A 60 GB model will cost $ 299. However no Microsoft representative was available for comment.
