In an interview, Katrina Kaif has said that she is in a good place as far as her career goes.

She has had four hits in a row. Basking in the sun of success, Katrina Kaif says,” I
don’t know if I am ’successful’. I know I’m doing well for myself. I have been lucky to land myself a job, where I don’t know what’s going to happen next. The anxiety keeps me going; else I’d die of boredom.”

As far as the industry goes she is aware that there are as many friends as there are detractors. Katrina Kaif is not perturbed and quips,” I like spending time with my friends, people who have nothing to do with the industry. Also, it’s in every industry that you’ll find people you get along with and people you don’t. At the same time, you’ll come across people who take a liking to you, and people who don’t. There are people I hate, and there are people who hate me!

In the same line Katrina Kaif says she is not averse to working with Shah Rukh Khan just because he is in a spat with her Beau Salman Khan. They are professionals and such issues do not matter, according to her.

Katrina Kaif is glad that her family is not affected by her success and treats her normally. “They’re normal about it. It’s not such a great deal for them. There have been times when a few people have come up to me and asked me for autographs when mom and sis have been around. But they don’t think of it at all. For me, however, I’m just thankful to God, that I today have the capacity to secure my family”, she says.

Katrina Kaif also denied reports that she has started promoting sister Isabelle in Bollywood. Isabelle has not finished her education and has not yet made up her mind what to do next, she says. If she is intent on Bollywood, Katrina says she will give her full support.
