Aamir Khan has earned a reputation for being the most versatile of actors and now directors. He claims he does not do different things but does things differently.

“I just don’t do different things; I try to do them in a different manner. I think every individual should follow his dream and make his best to achieve it, backed by practicality. “ said Aamir in an interview.

Aamir Khan gives the credit off his success to the audience.” I think, what has really changed is our audience. They want to see different kinds of films. Today’s audience is more matured and practical. They don’t want the same old stuff to be played. That’s why films are being made with unusual subjects. Films with some freshness are being hugely appreciated and accepted.”

Aamir Khan is also elated about getting associated with a campaign for India tourism. “I am very happy that I am the face of the campaign “Incredible India” to showcase the country’s rich heritage and culture. India is a wonderful country and ‘incredible’ is just the right word. And this campaign will help towards promoting it. It’s always good to be nice to our guests, so that when these people go back they have some great memories and stories to tell. I believe that all of us should take that extra step to help out guests in our country.

He also takes in good humor the trend of youth in the country aping his look be it his goatee beard in Dil Chahta Hai or his bald cut in upcoming movie Ghajini.
