Sushil Kumar wins bronze medal for India
Wrestler Sushil Kumar did the country proud by winning the bronze medal at Beijing Olympics. He defeated Kazakhstan’s Leonid Spiridonov in the repechage match of the men’s freestyle wrestling 66kg class.
Although Sushil lost the opening round bout today he defeated the challenge by American Doug Schwab and Belarrussian Albert Batyrov in the first two repechage rounds.
