British Reality show star Jade Goody who has been diagnosed with Cancer is in a real tough situation. She has to break the news to her two small children, Bobbie, 5 and Freddie, 3.

She is desperately fighting for her life. Jade called of her participation in actress Shilpa Shetty’s Big Boss show, after she was told she had cancer. A large tumor in her womb may have spread to her blood stream - putting major organs such as her liver and kidneys at risk. She will undergo a hysterectomy next week.

Her consultant, Dr. Ann Coxon, said: “She has serious second stage cancer and needs surgery as soon as possible. The cancer is in an advanced stage and was diagnosed in the nick of time. The bottom line is, if she’d stayed in India for the next three months, she wouldn’t be here

Jade Goody wants to battle the disease if that’s the last thing she does: “At the end of the day I am going to bloody beat this thing because I’ve got two amazing kids to live for. And there’s no way I’m gonna let them down.”

When Shilpa Shetty was told that her former Big Brother colleague Jade Goody had been detected with cancer, Shilpa didn’t know how to react.

“I was shocked and confused. I was filled with so many emotions. No matter what happened at Big Brother I had spent considerable time with her in the House. I felt really bad for her. Now I know why I couldn’t recognize her when I met her. Life has put her through so much, she had changed, ” said Shilpa.

It was an incredibly emotional experience for Shilpa, free of rancour.

“Speaking to her was not easy. It was very tough. There was never any rancour, ” said Shilpa.
