Real life lovebirds Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor put up a wonderful performance in Jashn 2008 show held in Sharjah held at the Sharjah cricket ground.

The show attracted a crowd of 20,000 fans. The evening saw some scintillating performances from Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor who danced along with Minissha Lamba and Ganesh Hegde. “It was a well-attended show and going by the response, Saifeena might come back again here,” said a source.

As a result, the Morani brothers (who organized the show) are planning a series of shows across Europe. Mohammed Morani says, “The Sharjah show (on August 21) was successful. We are now planning a series of their (Saifeena’s) shows across Europe and the Middle East. The show had a big turnout. Kareena and Saif are a good-looking star couple whom people want to see on stage together. They have become hugely popular in Dubai and Europe because of Race and Jab we met.. Though they didn’t end up performing together, they are very keen to do something together.”

Kareena adds, “We had a great show. Saif is in talks with the Moranis to plan it for other destinations. We had a crowd of over 20,000 people which was extremely heart-warming.” Minissha says, “I didn’t do too many shows earlier but the Sharjah one was super fun! I was not in the least bit nervous. In fact, it felt like the most natural thing to be on stage. Now I am definitely looking forward to entertaining my audience on stage.”
