Aamir Khan’s next project Delhi Belly was offered to Ranbir Kapoor but the latter refused due to date problems.

After his hit Bachna Ae Haseeno, Ranbir is a busy man. He had to turn down the role in Delhi Belly for want of dates.

With this, it has been confirmed that the first choice for Delhi Belly was not Aamir’s nephew Imran Khan who is now doing the movie.

Delhi Belly is unique because it is the first Aamir Khan movie that incorporates English dialogues along with Hindi ones.

Imran khan is also receiving a lot of buzz because of the runaway success of his debut movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and his forthcoming pic, Kidnap.

As such, he will add a lot of star value to Delhi Belly.

However, on being asked about Imran’s role in ‘Delhi Belly’, Aamir Khan says with a wicked smile that nothing has been finalized so far.
