Apropos our story regarding the fight between two leopards at Sinnar. Within just two days of the incident another leopard has been spotted, this time much closer to the city in the area of Pathardi Phata. Citizens have reported that the leopard was seen prowling in the area for two consecutive nights.

There have been instances where the canines have entered parks in residential areas, schools and even the kitchen of a house in one instance. This recent sighting of the animal has sent shock waves amongst the citizens of Pathardi Phata. They have made an appeal to the forest Department to set up a trap for the animal and to maintain constant vigil in the area.
