Abhishek Bachchan has often been teased for imitating the body language of his father Amitabh Bachchan while acting. But it turns out papa Bachchan had copied some dance moves from his son for one of his most successful song sequences.

Amitabh Bachchan is every actor’s envy for his dance moves but no one has ever suspected that for one of his most famous dances, he was inspired by his son.

Amitabh, whose ‘Khaike Paan Banaras Wala’ dance sequence has been time and again copied, apparently owes its success to Abhishek.

In a recent interview, Big B for the first time revealed that that the dance steps of this number had a close source of inspiration. And the inspiration came from son Abhishek.

Apparently, at the time the famous ‘Khaiyke…’ track was shot for ‘Don’, Abhishek Bachchan was accompanying his father on the sets. When the song began to play Abhishek started grooving to the tune and Amitabh, who was watching his son chose to imitate the dance moves

“Abhishek was with me on the sets, he was very tall for his age and was generally grooving to the song… And I just copied what he was doing,” said Amitabh.
