Golmaal, the laugh riot returns with a sequel to the theatres

The characters of the movie remain the same but the plot and story is different. For one, the original Golmaal had only one leading lady but there are four heroines in Golmaal returns

“Yes, we insisted we all want a heroine each, “ quipped Ajay Devgan in an interview. “And there was more money, so we could afford it” said Arshad Warsi , tongue in cheek.

Regarding the plot, Ajay Devgan says,” Well, in the first film, we all play friends. But in this one, Kareena Kapoor plays my wife and Tusshar Kapoor plays Kareena’s brother. Arshad plays a cop and we don’t like each other and it’s tussle between the both of us.”

On why it took so long for the sequel, Ajay Devgan said,” It’s most important to make it better and that is the reason we took so long to make the sequel as we needed the right kind of script and the right angle.”

“And honestly speaking the storyline of the sequel is funnier than the first film.” added Arshad Warsi.

Assuming all goes well with part two, is there going to be a part three? “There is no assuming, it will go well and there is going to be a part three as we’re working on it,” quipped Ajay Devgan.
