Vipul Shah was conspicuous by his absence at Akshay Kumar’s Diwali party.

Akshay and Vipul Shah’s association goes back a long way to Waqt - a Race against time in 1995 and last year’s Namastey London. They were also partners in this year’s super hit Singh is Kinng.

Considered to be thick pals, Vipul Shah’s absence at Akshay’ party led everyone to wonder if there was trouble in paradise.

Vipul Shah is apparently busy shooting for the project London Dreams in Goa with Ajay Devgan.

One of the stories in the grapevine is that Vipul Shah is miffed with Akshay Kumar for increasing his price for future projects.
