The release date of the sequel to the Cult movie Raaz was in suspense. But the secret is out.

Raaz –The Mystery Continues will hit theatres on 23 rd January 2009.

The spine-chilling movie produced by Vishesh films has been directed by Mohit Suri. It stars Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman.

“It is definitely thrilling to be ready to present Vishesh Films’ next film to the world,” says Mukesh Bhatt, producer of the film. He further adds, “This sequel to my last film Raaz has been much talked about and long awaited by everyone, so here it is! Get ready to be spooked!”

Though the exact story of the film remains a mystery - it is believed to be a supernatural thriller dealing with the myths and superstitions that are still widely existent in the contemporary Indian society. The makers of the film claim to challenge one’s beliefs about paranormal phenomena
