Thespian Aamir khan has got himself a close shave for the Hindi remake of Tamil movie Ghajini.

Aamir Khan surprised everyone with his tonsured look at the premiere of Abbas Mustan’s latest offering, Race.

After making his first public appearance with his new look, Aamir stated, “This is how it’s gonna look and I’m going to keep it like this till the end of the film.”

Though it was expected that Aamir would go completely bald for a portion of his role in ‘Ghajini’ remake, the actor did not go bald but had a very short cut with some scars on his head.

When asked about his look, Aamir told the press: “This is what the look was and this is what the director wanted so this is what I have done and there are these ’scars’ on my head and at the back also in two three places - since the character has got injured in the head.”

The credit for the new hairstyle goes to hairstylist Avan contractor. At the time of his hair cut, his wife Kiran Rao, close friend and lyricist Prasun Joshi and designer Arjun Bhasin were by Aamir’ side.

Kiran, his wife thought Aamir looks really hot.
