Shriya Saran, one of the top heroines of South is now all set to make an international foray.

As per the reports Shriya has already completed her work in Ashok Amritraj’s The Other End of the Line .Now she has been signed by Deepa Mehta’s production –What’s Cooking. Shriya is best known as the heroine of Sivaji –The Boss down South, and has already quite considerable fan following.

Undoubtedly Shriya is thrilled over the event. She considers herself a fortunate one and says working with Deepa’s production has given her a new perspective about acting. She says, “ I’m happy I’m going International. I hope my work there will be as appreciated as it has been in the regional films“ Shriya seems to be impressed by Deepa’s school of acting, which she describes as very subtle and understated.

Deepa’s brother Dilip is the director of the film What’s Cooking and Deepa is handling the workshops. The script for the movie is also written by Deepa. Like her other movies this movie too is likely to create a huge impact on the audience.

Critics believe that the movie will be successful in giving Shriya the much-needed international exposure. Since her debut Shriya has been known for her phenomenal acting skills and her talent has impressed Bollywood biggies. Her forthcoming release in Bollywood consists of Mission Istanbul with Bacchan junior and Vivek Oberoi.
