All the people who were speculating that Microsoft is going to takeover Yahoo to compete with its arch rival Google in cyber industry, is in for a shock.

Buzz in grapevine states that Yahoo is going to work simultaneously with Google in some sphere of search advertising. The famous magazine, The Wall Street Journal, corroborates this news and this has obviously made all curious. The report in the magazine also stated the fact that Yahoo and Google are going to evaluate the potential of ad outsourcing for accumulating revenues. This alliance between these two cyber giants can help Yahoo to increase its revenue by manipulating Google’s search advertisement system. However, whether or not the deal is finalized remains to be seen.

Industry experts suggest that this was inevitable as Microsoft was reluctant to increase its bid to buy Yahoo. At the very initial stage, Microsoft offered 46 billion dollars but Yahoo was claiming more than that. That is why Yahoo has built an alliance with Google to send a message to Microsoft that Yahoo has alternative options and it can use if it is underestimated by Microsoft.
