Just one week after a hamstring injury on the sets of upcoming movie Ghajini, Aamir Khan has injured himself once gain on the same leg.

Aamir Khan had ignored doctor’s advice to give three week’s rest to his leg the fist time. In his blog, titled ‘Serves Me right’, he chides himself,” Just when I thought I was recovered I’ve injured myself again. And this time it’s worse than last time. Serves me right for taking it lightly and not resting myself enough. This time it’s my left leg and yes, this time it is my hamstring. So we’ve had to call off the schedule, with the climax incomplete. I am so mad with myself!”

Aamir Khan was in a hurry to finish shooting so that he could pay more attention to home production, Jaane Tu ya Jaane Na, which is a launch vehicle for his nephew Imran Khan.

And then the accident happened on Sunday afternoon. “It happened about four hours ago in Sultan Bazar. In the shot I was chasing the villain and taking a running dive to bring him down. As I took the leap my muscle buckled and the next thing I knew I was on the ground and in intense pain. No idea why it happened. But forced rest now” he says in his blog.

”It happened when we were shooting some crucial sequences with Aamir. Although he had supported his leg, he got into an awkward position while shooting and he seriously injured himself again. Shooting can wait. Right now we are worried about his well being,” said director AR Murgadoss in a press statement.

Ghajini is the Hindi remake of a Tamil Blockbuster of the same name. Aamir Khan co stars with Southern sensation Asin and Nishabd girl, Jiah Khan.
