Angelina Jolie, who is recently in news due to her pregnancy, grabs the headlines again after being nominated in the MTV movie Award 2008 in the category of the Best Villain for her performance in the movie Beowulf.



Jolie is seen facing tough competition from likes of Johnny Depp for The Pirates of The Caribbean, Denzel Washington for American Gangster, Javier Bardem for No Country For Old Men and Topher Grace for Spider-Man 3. This year the MTV movie Award is predominated by Superbad and Juno. The Awards this year will witness a battle between some of the best movies like Pirates Of The Caribbean, Transformers, National: Treasure Book Of Secrets and I Am Legend under the Best Movie Category. The Award is scheduled to be aired on 1st June.
