Aditya Chopra who has created the romantic all time hit Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge is ironically breaking up his own marriage for Rani Mukherji. The couple’s relationship soured nearly two years ago. As per the law, in mutual consent divorce petitions no other reason is required to be stated. The couple will have to wait till May to snap all legal ties as that is when they complete the mandatory six-month separation period for such a divorce.

It is said that the financial aspects of the relationship are being looked into. Rani Mukherji seems to be ready to do the opposite of what she has done in films. The rumours of the romance between Rani Mukherji and Aditya Chopra have been doing the rounds of bollywood for quite some time now. With this application for divorce by mutual consent the marriage appears to be a distinct possibility. We need to wait and watch.
