Actress Preity Zinta and Businessman Ness Wadia are heading for splitsville if reports are to be believed.

The Rumour mills started the story as the couple are seen less and less together.

Both Ness and Preity own the multi crore Punjab IPL team but instead of attending the events together, they are making individual appearances and most of the time keeps away from one another. In the past, whatever be the occasions, the sizzling duo had always be seen holding arms in arms but today they are seen nowhere jointly.

In the most publicized events like Filmfare Awards to the recent Lakme India Fashion week event, Preity has been spotted without her prince charming Ness.

However they are still committed to their professional ventures like the ownership of IPL team, Kings IX Punjab. Given the amount of money involved in being a franchisee owner, this is not surprising.

Interestingly Ness’s mum Maureen Wadia, who is all praise for daughter-in-law Celina (married to Jeh, her elder son), has never publicly acknowledged Preity, getting pretty testy when asked about her, often resorting to a ‘no comments’ stand.

The Preity-Ness relationship has been an on-off one for some time now, with periodic rumours of a split. But this time it seems to be serious. And though Preity laughed it off when asked, one understands that when millions of rupees are involved, personal equations have to be put on the backburner.
