Preity Zinta has refused to be part of new T.V. show on Indian television called India’s Got Talent, an Indian adaptation of America’s Got Talent.

Like its original version, it will be a talent hunt show where all the contestants will be showing off their respective skills - be it dancing, singing, stand-up comedy etc.

Says a source, “Preity was supposed to do the show and both the parties in fact zeroed in on the money too. She was getting an amount almost close to five crore rupees.
However, due to the delay of the Indian Premiere League which is her first priority now, she has informed the channel about her inability in doing the show.”

After Preity’s exit, the next name which popped up was Bachchan bahu Aishwarya Rai. However, it’s learnt that Ash will be unable to do the project. Ash’s spokesperson says, “Yes, Aishwarya was approached for the show by the production house but not by the channel. The channel wanted a specific amount of time which she didn’t have due to prior commitments. So she is not doing the show.”

After Aishwarya and Preity’s exit, the channel is now desperately trying to get a big star on board.
