HP has launched the Officejet Pro 8500 All in One series that economises the printing costs substantially. The series is based on the HP Scalable Printing Technology and uses pigment inks that dry very fast and are water resistant. Thus a premium quality output that is fairly permanent is delivered.

The series delivers 35 ppm in the fast mode and 15 ppm in normal mode. It can work on wired as well as wireless networks and has the requisite software for device management.

An added advantage is the ability to print pictures. The device contains a 3.45 inch touchscreen that assists in printing photos. It optimizes web printing tasks by organizing similar pages.

The HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-One is priced at Rs 15000 while the wireless version costs Rs 20000. The products are great and will certainly enhance office and home productivity. Two sided printing is very easy to use and the 8500 series reduces printing costs by almost 50 percent.
