Aishwarya Rai is the most famous Indian face at Cannes in the recent years.
This year, she is heading to Cannes along with hubby Abhishek Bachchan.

She’s flying off with hubby Abhishek Bachchan to the south of France for the 62nd Cannes Film Festival which begins on May 13 and will conclude on May 24.

While Ash has been attending the fest mostly as the ambassador of a global cosmetic brand, this time the invitation to the fest has been extended by her “friends” at Cannes.

However, reports say Ash and Abhi won’t stay at Cannes for long. She has to resume the shooting of Vipul Shah’s film Action Replay with Akshay Kumar while Abhi is set to return to the sets of Pa with papa Amitabh Bachchan .

Ash’s first visit to Cannes was in 2002 when Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Devdas was screened at the fest. In 2003, she was selected as a jury member for the fest, a rare honour.
