Sony India launches LCD TVs
At just 9.9mm thickness Sony Bravia ZX1 is the world’s slimmest LCD TV. The TV set has a resolution of 1920 X 1080 and weighs 15 KG. With superior looks and functionality of the Bravia ZX1, Sony plans to capture substantial market share.
Some of the features included in this TV are Live Colour Creation, 24p Cinema, Xross media bar and Bravia Theatre Sync. It has an outstanding audio capabilities with features such as digital amplifier, S-Force Surround, voice zoom, dolby digital plus.
The other model of Sony, Bravia Z4500 LCD TV comes with world’s first image processing technology called Motionflow 200Hz. This new technology will enable better video quality. The new series of Sony Bravia LCD TVs was launched by Sarah Jane Dias, Miss India World 2007.
Speaking on the occasion Masaru Tamagawa, managing director of Sony India said “The new LCD products will deliver unprecedented level of realism and stunning clarity. Sony wants to focus on LCD TVs hence, it will completely exit the CRT segment. The company expects to sell 4.5 lakh units of LCD TVs in the current fiscal. The new range of LCDs is priced in the range of Rs. 16,000-2.99 lakh
