The release of the iPhone 3G S has set off a slew of tests and analysis all over the tech analysts to see how good

or how mediocre the phone is over its competitors. In these early stages it appears that the iPhone 3G S is emerging a winner and is likely to have sold over 500000 handsets in the US.

The series of tests carried out by analysts also suggest that the iPhone is faster than its rivals. It has proved to be almost 25 percent faster than the T Mobile, the Palm Pre. The tests were carried out by loading a series of websites on a Wi-Fi connection. In loading apps the iPhone 3G S has proved to be 13 to 42 percent faster than its rivals.

The Samsung ARM Cortex A8 processor and the large cache are the reasons for the new iPhone being so fast. Although euphoria was not witnessed at iPhone stores the phone has been received very well in the US. UK sales figures are also very impressive. It was launched only in eight countries when compared to its predecessor’s launch in 21 countries. The iPhone 3G S is heading for huge success in the days ahead.
