Malayali actress Asin is one lucky lass. She made her Hindi debut with Aamir Khan in super hit Ghajini and also stars in London Dreams with Salman Khan. She has now been offered a role opposite Shah Rukh Khan, according to the grapevine.

But Asin has apparently turned down the offer opposite Shah Rukh Khan due to date problems. The offer was made by hot and happening director Farah Khan for her project Happy New Year.

Now this is a role which most Bollywood beauties would kill for. Speculation is rife over what really made Asin refuse the offer. This includes a theory that Asin has become close pals with Salman Khan who detests Shah Rukh Khan.

The latest news we hear is that actresses Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone are keen to be part of the film. It is schedule to go to the floors by this year end.
