Quickly on the heels of Nokia 5230, another music phone is all set to join the Nokia stable. Nokia 5235 is going to be available with the “comes with the music” service and loads of free content. The phone will have a wide range of audio tracks and a 18 months subscription for the Comes with the Music service.

The launch comes despite the legal struggle that Nokia is having with Apple regarding music patents. It is also said that the phone was released discreetly on a blog and the post was removed shortly thereafter.

The Nokia 5235 does not fall in the category of XpressMusic brand. It has a 3.2 inch touch screen with a standard resolution of 360 x 640. Besides music it has GPS support and comes with Ovi Maps. A 3.5mm jack has been provided for music. Up to 16 GB external memory can be added. The 1320mAH battery can support 33 hours of music listening. The picture capabilities are rather poor with a camera of 2 megapixel.

The phone will be launched in the first quarter and is likely to cost around Rs 10,000.
