Actor Aamir Khan, who is riding high on the huge success of his latest movie 3 Idiots, spoke to a news agency about his next project.

“Well my next film is a film called Pipli Live. Pipli is a name of a small village and the story takes place in a small village. It has been written and directed by Anoushka Rizvi. She is a first time director and used to work with NDTV as a journalist. She came up with the script and I fell in love with it the moment I heard it. It is well written, has got a lot of humour and spice to it. Not only will it make you laugh, but it is also heart breaking. It is an important film, because it’s a satire on India as it is today, on all of us, on you, on me, on Indian society. Anoushka and her team have done a wonderful job,” said Aamir.

The seasoned actor also spoke about the kind of feedback his movie 3 Idiots has received. He said, “I am really happy that the film has been received so well. All of us, Raju, Vinod and me and the entire cast and crew are thrilled.”

Aamir now plans to take some time out to relax and spend some quality time with his family and old friends. “I am going to take some time off as an actor. For the last three years I have been working really hard. I did Taare Zameen Par, in which I acted, I also produced and directed it. After that I did Ghajini and now 3 Idiots. So it has been a tough three years for me. What I am going to do now is take some time off and relax for the next couple of months. I want to spend time with my family, my kids, my wife, my mom, brothers, sisters and old friends.”
