The first Semi Finals proved to be the most one sided match in the IPL league thus far. Rajasthan Royals continued their fine run to defeat Delhi Daredevils by a huge 105 runs.

In the 56th IPL match the Kings XI Punjab gained moral ascendancy over the Rajasthan Royals by a resounding 41 runs victory.
